Linda is the author of the RainmakerDNA expert performance
system; and, in the fifth version, developed separate web-based
portals to give customized access to advisors who make their own
decisions, organizations that support financial advisors,
educational institutions that prepare new advisors, and coaches
and recruiters who provide related guidance and services.
Wisdom, vision, innovation and exceptional skill in
establishing, cultivating and maintaining relationships describe
this team’s capable leader.
John Stimac, AMCS
John serves as Head of Enterprise Control for the team, an
important role that includes administrative oversight of client
service, online operations, financial and legal matters. Virtual
team members fulfill the functions in each area, and this
arrangement demands a leader like John who is hands-on and
get-it-done, regardless of work environment or time zone
differences.
John’s lifelong skills in sales coaching and problem solving are the
keys to
his success.

Members of this team are a select group of professionals that
serve the financial services industry with knowledge, talent and
leadership. They help organizations - one advisor at a time – to
close the gap between potential and actual performance. Each of
them has an established coaching or consulting practice that
they wished to enhance with the addition of RainmakerDNA.
Each has completed a comprehensive Accreditation Program with
author and developer Linda Stimac, CFP® which prepares them to
analyze and strengthen financial advisors’ ability to be expert
facilitators of decision making. RainmakerDNA consultants
receive the Accredited Expert in Consultative Selling
designation (AECS®) upon successful completion of a
comprehensive study and internship period.
The consulting team is a collaborative group, a trait that
greatly benefits RainmakerDNA clients. Larger group projects
require the skills of many in order to deliver a highly
successful multi-dimensional learning program, the centerpiece
of RainmakerDNA. In addition, four times a year, consultants
lend their coaching and mentoring ability to Open Enrollment
Programs, designed to bring financial advisors together in a
unique 90-day experience that includes self-directed work,
individual coaching sessions, peer-to-peer interaction and
highly participatory group webinars.
